At Crow Feather Designs, we carefully package every order to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully.  Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time -

All in stock orders are processed within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  During high-volume sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Custom made items will ship within 3-4 weeks.

Shipping rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer - 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Crow Feather Designs is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by USPS or shipping carriers.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages - 

Crow Feather Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.  If you experience delivery issues, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Damaged Items - 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

International Shipping - 

At this time, Crow Feather Designs ships within the United States only.
